CJHA provides professional accounting, tax, compliance, consulting, and advisory services. Information provided does not constitute legal advice unless expressly stated.
Clients agree to:
> Provide accurate and complete information
>Respond timeously to requests
>Review outputs and raise concerns promptly
CJHA is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
> CJHA is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses
> Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question
CJHA does not guarantee outcomes, approvals, tax positions, or regulatory decisions, as these depend on third-party authorities and client disclosures.
All materials, methodologies, systems, and content remain the intellectual property of CJHA unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CJHA treats client information as confidential, subject to legal and regulatory disclosure requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Clients may cancel services by written notice.
> Before work begins: Cancellation accepted, subject to any non-refundable setup or onboarding fees.
> After work begins: Fees for work completed remain payable. No refund is guaranteed.
> Subscriptions may be cancelled with written notice.
> Cancellation applies from the next billing cycle.
> No refunds for partially used subscription periods.
CJHA reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if:
> Information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete
> Fees are unpaid
> The client engages in unlawful, abusive, or unethical conduct
> Continued service would breach legal or professional obligations
CJHA Consulting provides professional services, diagnostics, compliance checks, subscriptions, and advisory work. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited.
The following are non-refundable once initiated:
> Diagnostics and assessments
> Compliance reviews
> Tax and accounting services
> Consulting and advisory services
> Any work where data collection or analysis has commenced
Refunds may be considered only if:
> Payment was made in error; or
> Services were paid for but not yet commenced
Any approved refund is at CJHA’s sole discretion.
Where work has commenced, CJHA may issue a partial refund based on work completed, less administrative and processing costs.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time using the original payment method.
